Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Talented individuals under the age of 18 years old and/or a student in Paterson Public Schools during the 2017-2018 School Year are invited to submit artworks for this exhibition.  

Submission requirements: Each individual may submit up to 3 digital images of their works of art which can include, Drawings, Digital Art & Media (prints), Photography, Graphic Design, Mixed Media (collage), or Paintings.  Submissions must be high-resolution images of the artwork.  There is no submission fee! Participants must submit artwork between April 16, 2018 to May 18, 2018 (no later than 11:59p.m. EST, when the online system will close).

Please Note: Do not discard your artwork until submission is accepted and winners announced as all winners artwork will be used for a health message poster to be displayed throughout Paterson.  

Also Note: By submitting artwork for consideration, you grant the Paterson Department of Health and Human Services, the City of Paterson and the Public Good Projects permission to use all submitted content in its promotional and educational efforts to encourage a Healthier Paterson. This includes permission to release images and media files to the press for editorial review, include images and stills on the websites of the aforementioned entities website and social media pages, promote and market health campaigns until January 1st, 2019.
